    Tire Sensei is a B2B SaaS platform built for automotive businesses to efficiently manage their tire inventory, invoicing, and overall operations. The platform is designed with a clean, enterprise-grade interface and features a robust left sidebar menu that includes Dashboard, Invoicing, People, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Bills/Credits, Reports, and Check-in modules.

    My role was to design a user-friendly, scalable web application that supports the daily workflows of automotive professionals. From inventory control to billing and team management, the app was structured to improve visibility, streamline processes, and support business growth with real-time insights.

01 Background

The client identified a gap in the market for a specialized inventory and operations tool tailored for tire dealers and automotive service providers. Most existing platforms were either too generic or too complex. Tire Sensei was envisioned as a practical, easy-to-use solution that combines inventory, billing, reporting, and team collaboration into one centralized system.

02 The Challenges

  • Designing for a non-tech-savvy audience who prefer straightforward, functional interfaces.

  • Balancing a large number of features without cluttering the UI.

  • Structuring the sidebar navigation to allow quick access without overwhelming users.

  • Ensuring clarity in complex modules like Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Inventory Check-in.

03 The Solution

I designed a sidebar-driven layout with a clean and consistent structure that supports intuitive navigation across key modules. Each section was carefully planned with user roles and business processes in mind. I used clear labeling, contextual actions, and lightweight UI components to reduce cognitive load. The Inventory and Invoicing modules were prioritized for usability, featuring filterable tables, bulk actions, and real-time updates.

Visual hierarchy, subtle colors, and ample whitespace were used to make the interface professional yet accessible. The result is a robust, efficient B2B SaaS platform that meets the unique needs of tire and auto service businesses, enhancing their productivity and decision-making.
