3. Services & Engagement
When you engage with UX Ascent for any service, a separate project agreement or proposal may be provided outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. That document, along with these Terms, will form the full agreement.
4. Payments
Payment terms are defined in the individual project proposals or invoices. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. UX Ascent reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payments are fulfilled.
5. Intellectual Property
All design deliverables created by UX Ascent remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final approved assets is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. All shared information, project briefs, or business materials will be kept private unless explicit permission is given to disclose.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on completed work. Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless otherwise specified.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
If third-party tools or software are used as part of your project (e.g., hosting, plugins, stock assets), their respective terms apply. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from third-party services.
10. Changes to These Terms
UX Ascent may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
